Update: after hitting publish I realized the headline could be misinterpreted. I hope you can tell from the first paragraph that I’m not saying designers aren’t business people. In fact, I’m saying they (you, if you are one) can help the rest of us become better business people.
I enjoy learning from people outside of my area of expertise. I view it as cross training for the mind and soul. I think it makes me a better professional and a more complete human being.
